Carry on camping

One of the best things about Bisley, where the Hotride Hayride is held, is the varied and apparently random selection of accommodation. I was in the builders' portakabins next to the Welsh/Bristol contingent, but there was a vast array of other chalets, cabins and huts of various vintages and states of repair scattered around the site.

Of course, most people camped. And some folk camped with more style than others.

My good friends Pat, Sue and Andy had secured use of a caravan with an awning through their mate Nikki. These people keep me laughing more than anyone else I can think of.

(Pat had to get back to Brighton early on Sunday to feed his seagull.)
