I've lost my dear friend

Daisy was killed by a truck today when she chased some birds onto a busy road.

I feel devastated.

I wish at least I had been there (she was out for a walk with my wife and kids).

I'm going to miss her dreadfully.

  14. Damn mate - sorry to hear that. You know I've been there too though. When my Shepherd was hit by a car a couple of years ago you e-mailed me and said "Dogs are the best people" and it's so true. I got a new Shepherd and she definitely helped to heal the pain of losing Kipper.
